I have Skinnymixer's Massaman Curry cooking at the moment but wont eat it until Sunday; wanted the flavours to develop first.

Today I made Cornish pasties from the recipe on the t-towel CC gave us all when she was in Australia.  It's only taken me 2 years to make them!

I used my TMX to make the pastry and to chop the vegies. The pastry was delicious, as was the pasties. I did cheat and used my calzone mold to make the pasties, as I'm hopeless at crimping pasties.

Good for you Katie.  This recipe has been on my mind for ages, even today I gave it another thought and I was wondering who would be first to try it.  The calzone mould makes a nice big pasty.

Yummo Katie. Like the idea of the Calzone mould.
Kimmyh , are you getting ready for school? All sounds nice.
Lots of baking yesterday as busy week ahead. 2 loaves of bread. Blanched mixed veggies which I put in plastic container in fridge . Handy for stir fries and just steamed veggies. Made Sticky date Pud from chip on 5. Will write review. Peeled and bottled lots of apples, also dried many as am running out of space . Used peel and cores for jelly. Cooked in SC lamb ribs  to cook today on BBQ.

Thought you may like to see these. Pizzelle. I am sure Uni will know all about these lovely crisp wafers. Can dip the edges in chocolate, or spread with jam or Nutella.

Did you make them in your waffle maker Chookie?

I'm making your non-TMX spag bol sauce today as I have the kids for a few hours tomorrow.  Smells and looks divine.
