I made yoghurt, Carrot & Coriander Soup from EDC, forgotten how yummy it is, haven't made it in ages. I used coconut milk instead of regular milk.
Also made a batch of Fererro Rochere balls from Bianca's Wholefood Simply book. Delicious!
Everyone's cooking sounds amazing.

Aren't we lucky Katj. Mine is the same and most of our visitors are the same. Such good fun.
Today made Jill Dupleix's Peek- A - Boo pear pudding. So easy and quick inTMX. Will post recipe. I used 4 small pears from the Farmers market.
Also made Skinnmixers Mushrooms and Judys potatoes pancakes. All excellent.

You are so cruel Chookie!  I was feeling really good after having my healthy lunch and then coming here and seeing the pudding.  Would be lovely with a scoop of vanilla ice cream melting over the top.  ;D

Great pudding Chookie. Warning to JulieO.......don't read any further!
Today I made yoghurt, bread rolls, salted caramel fudge, my fruitcake, Anzac caramel slice and cinnamon cookies. Most is to feed my fellow mum helpers at the school Mother's Day stall later this week. But I have tasted everything. Just to be sure it's ok!
