In an attempt to get my cooking mojo back I signed up for the #30Mix challenge (cook 12 meals in 12 days each taking 30mins or less). I am a day behind, but so far have made Quick Pad Thai and a trio of sandwich fillings. Both dishes I would never have chosen to make before, but have been pleasantly surprised and will make them again. Tomorrow is Gingerbread People

Lots of beautiful food from everyone.
I was babysitting today so just made Paleo Seed bread and a Raw Vegetable Salad to go with grilled Salmon for dinner.

I'd forgotten about that smoothie Denise, I didn't make it once during our cold winter mornings. Great idea for using your leftovers too.

I haven't been cooking as much as I should lately. Certainly not for enjoyment just enough to survive, but on Sunday night I made Speck and salad Pizzas from Spin a Dinner, and a family favourite called Aunt Bea's chicken (not sure who Aunt Bea is but she isn't any relation of mine). The chicken dish was for DW and our house guest for Monday's dinner because I went to Perth over night.
Tonight I am making Tenina's Quick Pumpkin and Feta Tart with caramelised onions from her new ebook "Top 25 Recipes".

Not really Judy. I reckon I am not that easy to live with. I usually enjoy cooking for special occasions but I don't like having to think about everyday meals.

Today I made Tenina's light lemon risotto and garlic prawns. I thought the risotto was very good but DW found it too lemony. I was disappointed with the garlic prawns, nothing I can put my finger on but the flavour was not what I expected.

Today's efforts have been Tenina's Madras Curry for tomorrow nights dinner as I will be out all day tomorrow. Some of Snappy's Lunchbox Biscuits and another batch of the Classic Bread that has 100g of SD starter in it.

I've made Nut Paste and Thai Chicken Balls for tomorrow nights dinner. I will make an Asian Salad to go with them. Needed to use up the chicken.
Made pizzas for tonight's dinner.

Left overs here tonight but will cook Peanut Chicken tomorrow as I have taken the chicken out to thaw. Not much cooking done this week as DH had a fall and cracked some of his ribs and is very sore.
