The bread looks great Cookie.

Meatloaf in the microwave - will have to tell DS about that (they have an oven wave), he loves meatloaf and makes a very nice one, using Nigella's recipe with boiled eggs in the centre.

Yep, cold meatloaf is the best.
We had our usual get together with friends recently, we all bring a dish and make a meal of it.
One dear friend made the Meatloaf from the 'Something for Everyone ' book. Very tasty indeed.

It was bought at the Salamanca Markets last year and given to me as a gift. I love it. DH calls it 'the chain saw. '
