We love those Bedlam. I made some fruit mince tarts this afternoon. Actually I only assembled them, the fruit mince was in the fridge, and so was the pastry from the other day.

Great looking bread Katie.

I finally got around to making some recipes from Skinnymixers today.
Butter chicken, cauliflower rice & spinach from her eBook http://skinnymixers.myshopify.com/ and spinach & cheese naan bread http://skinnymixers.com.au/guest-recipe-lailahs-garlic-cheese-spinach-naan/  - it's the first time I've made naan.

I think I fluked it ladies. I always use Cadbury family block of chocolate but baulked at paying $5 so used a block of the new Cadbury cooking chocolate (much cheaper at $3). It's melted in the microwave with a tablespoon of vegetable oil. No secrets!

Today I made gingersnap biscuits from a recipe that popped up on Facebook. Mine are not flat like the recipe shows but very yummy and I'm finding it hard to stop at one.

I also made C4 biscuits http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=12633.0 basil pesto salad, tortillas and chimichangas http://www.trtlmt.com.au/chimichangas/

Lovely looking biscuits Kim. Tenina always says the type of chocolate makes a big difference to how things turn out.
I was tired simply reading all the things you have been cooking.

Ah yes, I need to make mince pies too. And Kimmy your peppermint slice looks beautiful!

DD and I made our first ever gingerbread house today. The gingerbread recipe was delicious, I'll have to try to convert it.

Yesterday made Julie's Spices of the Orient Tea Cake. Highly recommended. The nut topping is delicious and a generous amount.  Thanks Julie for a fab recipe.
Also made Zuchinni and Cheese Scones. Peppermint Crisp Ice cream.
I love all the Xmas cooking.  Jam that Ginger bread house is beautiful. Kimmy, ginger biscuits never go astray at Xmas time and yours look delicious.
