Superb cooking everyone.

Jamberie your Gingerbread House lovely. You and DD have done a wonderful job.

Kimmy your peppermint slice and ginger biscuits look delicious.

Today I finished off my hampers.  The cooking has been done over a couple of days.  Apricot and Almond Cheesecake Balls, Mini Christmas Puddings, Peanut Butter Bon Bons, Gingerbread Men, Apricot Jam & Strawberry Jam.

CP's Mum's Pineapple Cheesecake, using strawberries, to take to the bbq yesterday.

What a wow Gingerbread house. Margaret your hampers will be very gratefully received.

I've only made some necessary bread today. I used the Classic Bread recipe. Not a lot else, the old hip is playing up again, stupid thing. I saw the doctor and I am getting an injection in it next week.

Julie, I saw the jars in a $2 shop and thought they would be good for jam.  I wish I had bought more now..

Thanks Mab, no wonder you'd wish you'd bought more, they are great.  :D

Cornish, maybe I'll have a look around Ikea next time I'm in Adelaide.  I still like making jam but we don't eat as much these days so smaller jars are better for us.  ;D
