Not much cooking here todY, just some pancakes for the kids. We still have lots of leftovers.

We always aim to be finished the leftovers ASAP. We basically finished them at lunch today. The sad part is I have to cook again.

I made white chocolate, and cranberry cookies, I made them into a slice though.

My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.

I made chocolate mousse yesterday, using both the Thermomix and the Kitchenaid.

I picked up 450g of some sort of meaty pork bones yesterday for $3 (looks like a back bone to me) so I marinated them overnight and they're now in the slow cooker.

I'm pleased to see it is cooler over the other side of the Nullabor today.  We have 41 coming up. Yuck.

Go into lockdown cookie.  I hope it's a one off and not a string of hot days.

True Judy. South Australia is the experienced place now. It was around 39 yesterday. It's 12.30 and we have the house closed up. Don't need the air con yet but will soon I think.

I've made a batch of the cherry liqueur and have a half batch of her cherry chutney on the stove.  Just need a little bottle of Cointreau to make the jam also, but am thinking that Triple Sec would maybe suffice

Thanks for the link Judy.  :D
