Margaret I love Aberdeen Sausage. Did you steam it?

I've made a Malt Loaf. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=10713.0
I'm just waiting for it to cool a little before I have some with my afternoon coffee.

Busy girl Kim, what a great effort. That's the problem with stone fruit - we have to cook regardless of the temperature.

I agree judy. Luckily today was a nice 27. Into the thirties for the rest of the week. Hoping not to cook much then.

Kimmy, you have been busy.  Good to do it before it gets hot.
You can freeze stoned raw Apricots to cook later.
Today I have adapted Teninas Chicken Rendang recipe from For Foods Sake, to the SC. I had a large chicken that I cut in 1/2 and poured the sauce over. Put SC in laundry as it is hot already.
I scraped the bowl out,( didn't wash it), and then made a Yoghurt dressing.
Will make sausage rolls later and cook them in AF, in laundry.  Also Teninas Cheese and ham pastries. I made the Bechamel sauce earlier.

I've just made skinnymixers butter chicken in the slow cooker, thought I had better cook somethings other than ham, which we are a bit over atm.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

I have done a double batch of zucchini slice, pizza bases (which I will top with cream cheese, spinach, red onion, red capsicum, bacon and cheese once they cool), and am making lemon cheesecakes ATM  :)

With the pulp left over from making the Cumquat Jelly I decided to make Cumquat paste.  I have adapted Thermomixers quince paste recipe.

Lovely cooking everyone. I just haven't been in a cooking mood since Christmas, just doing the bare minimum.

Gosh you have all been very busy. I have just  made a sponge for a birthday cake. I haven't made a sponge for a very long time. I used the mixer, not the thermomix. It is going to be a trifle cake, it will have layers of jelly and custard in it.

Some are doing great cooking, others aren't doing anything  - I'm one of the latter!  Had a nice lunch at DD's today and 2 lots of dessert so that's me done for the day as far as eating is concerned.
