Wow what fantastic cooking everyone!
Like Judy I had a chuckle at your comment about your bread Cookie LOL.

I decided to make Beef in Stout with the beef that I was defrosting.I also made a lemon drizzle cake in my new Nordic cake tin. :D Lakeland had the tin for sale at half price.I couldn't resist buying it LOL.
Like cookbooks I have a weakness for Nordic Bakeware.

CC I noticed that lovely tin when I ordered my copycat one from JulieO. I was very tempted.

You cook cakes Denise so you can never have enough different shapes.  It's a very nice tin.

Made curried for sandwiches , all in TMX. Steamed eggs in TMX.  Made Mayo in TMX and added curry powder to leftover Mayo when I set aside most of Mayo.  Then added 5 cold cooked  eggs and mixed on speed 4 for 2 seconds.
Ate on No Fuss Rolls. Also kneaded in TMX.

I discovered the joys of making mayo followed by egg sandwiches in the TMX over the Xmas break - works a treat, doesn't it :)

After making roast lamb last night, tonight I'm using the leftovers to make a nice big batch of ragu. Then that will be used in pies after we have pasta tonight.

I made a duck and mushroom risotto for dinner, and yesterday I made a batch of vanilla icecream and a batch of crunchie icecream too
