I'm in the middle of making bread and after lunch it will be some biscuits to take away. Thank goodness for the air con.

I made some yoghurt overnight, then some more chicken stock as I've run out. I'll be making a curry tonight, but haven't decided which recipe to base it on.

CC, like the look of the soup. You have inspired me.
Going to make Spicy lamb ribs today. Will serve with QUINORI ( posted)and salad from garden.
Is it pancake day today? Might make some and serve with lemon sauce, ( posted). Some nice recipes in the Melbourne Age today.
Yesterday I made Peppermint Chrisp Ice Cream, ( posted)

I love the way you decorated your shepherds pies Denise. I also like the type of soup you made too.
Chookie, I've never had a pancake on Shrove Tuesday in my life but I bet DH & Mum get them in Morpeth today.

I made biscuits this morning for the mens morning tea and as the oven was hot, and also the kitchen, I made a batch of bread rolls (in under an hour ones) and now have made a curry from Skinnymixers Indian book. I didn't have lamb so used beef; hope it works.
Have friends for supper tonight but have some cake in the freezer which is nice cold.

The shepherds pies look nice CC. I love tomato soup but keep away from the red peppers, they don't like me and I don't like them
I made a Raspberry Pie, Apple Pie and a quiche today.

Trying to use freezer stuff, I made Bron's instant Raspberry Icecream and cooked some Quinoa for a Mexican quinoa salad. No more cooking today until dinner time, will pan fry some fish to have with salads. Too hot to put the oven on.

Yes it is pancake day. We had them for dessert. I also made the tomato soup CC made the other day. It's delicious.

We usually have pancakes on Shrove Tuesday but I forgot and didn't bring anything to make them so we will have belated pancake day when we get home.

I like the recipe for pancakes in the EDC for TMX 31 better than the one in the TMX 5 book.
Made about 24 pancakes. Ate 4, rest will stuff with curried Scallops which I made last night.
