This morning made Gerts Sledging biscuits for the mens morning tea and a slice for us. Made peach and raspberry ice cream last night from Emerald Sues recipe, just changing the fruit, very nice.

Mustn't make Judys cheese biscuits as I would eat all of them. Look lovely.
Made 12 jars of Cumquat jelly.  Cooked fruit in TMX, strained through jelly bag and cooked on stove because it was a large amount.
Make custard to have with Xmas tarts I found in freezer.
Made Carrot, potato and sweet potato mash in TMX.

I made these healthy ice blocks yesterday and had one for a treat today.  Basically fresh strawberries and vanilla yoghurt blitzed in the TM and poured into ice block moulds overnight.  My strawberries weren't very sweet so a little bit of sweetner like honey etc would have made them a bit more sweet.  Have made a note for next time, but still really enjoyed it.  :D

I know they do  ;D

The moulds work great, just peel off everytime, no running under water etc.  I made some roasted peach ones a couple of weeks ago which were to die for.

They look lovely Julie. I'm glad Judy said they look like a dummy as I'm afraid that is what I thought. But who cares when they taste nice.

The jelly looks lovely Chookie.

Your icy pole looks delicious JulieO.

I was given 1 egg plant yesterday so decided to make a half mixture of moussaka from the Recipe Tin Eats blog.
