Kimmyh, when are you going into the catering business.  Your baking always looks so professional.
Last night we had dinner at DD home. She made lamb pies with mashed potato topping in the pie machine.
Thought I would pass this on as they were delicious.
She had cooked the leg of lamb in SC all day. Then cut it up into fine dice.
Mixed with gravy.
Lined pie machine with puff pastry, filled with lamb mixture and covered lamb with a couple of generous tablespoons of TMX mashed potato. Sprayed potato with olive oil.
Cooked as normal.
Top crispy and potato under soft and creamy.

Great baking everyone.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I can imagine that the lamb pies would melt in your mouth Chookie.

Love pies made in the pie machine and with winter not that far off, will definitely be making another batch.  DD's lamb pies sound wonderful Chookie.

Inspired by the lamb pie that Chookie ate at her DD's I have made a double filling of Pepper Pie. When it cools I will turn it into pies.

Should be perfect Cookie.
I made the Beef and stout from the UK chip. Lovely.  Think I will see if I can save some for pies. Potato tops would be perfect.
Made Chicken Parmigiana for Dinner. Very nice.
Also made Mango Mousse as GD loves it.
Tomorrow will make Pear and Ginger Pud. And a Lemon Slice.

I made some butter first thing this morning. Then I decided to use the buttermilk for bread and of course I had to make some Hot Cross Buns for us.
