I made Winter Vegetable Soup from My Way of Cooking. About the only recipe I make from that book. It is delicious!

Hi Obbie here it is,

Recipe :
For the dough
250 gr all purpose flour (I used 00 pasta flour)
1tbs oil
water to bind
Put everything in the Thermomix mix 10-15 seconds speed 3 adding water until it comes together.
Knead for 2 minutes, set aside to rest for 30 min.
Filling:
You can use any combination meat you want,
450 gr of meat (I used 1/2 lamb and 1/2 pork)
one red onion,
3 spring onions
100gr fresh tomatoes
Half of a fresh chilli (more if you like)
5cm fresh ginger
Generous handful of fresh coriander
1tbs of turmeric
1tbs curry powder
Salt & pepper to taste and if your meat is very lean add 3 tbs of oil
Add all ingredients minus the meat in the Thermomix for 5 seconds speed 5, add the meat and knead for 1 minute. Let mixture sit in the fridge for one hour for the flavours to mesh together.
Next roll the dough in the pasta machine nice and thin, cut into 3" rounds, spoon a teaspoon of mixture in the middle and gather the parcels pleating and twisting them into a tight shape securing at the top.
Oil the Varoma tray place the momos seam up and steam them for 10-15 minutes. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce. I kept it simple with some chilli soy sauce, but some sweet chilli would work really well.

It's the best Choc Chip recipe passionflower ;) I've made them lots of times and DH loves them.I made about 27 today.

Well, this is over the weekend:  Lemon curd, Sweet potato and wild rice soup, root vegetable and mushroom casserole with dumplings, garlic alfredo sauce (with pasta), lasagna using the EDC bechamel sauce, mango and pineapple green smoothie (enough to keep me going for a couple of days ... but I felt obliged to slurp it all up over the course of one day) and either a pot of vege stew or some roasted veges - depending on what is left over after the lasagna and finally I made some natural air freshener to save me from having to use those horrible aerosol chemical sprays.

Cookie, your rolls look very professional.
Judy, I make air freshener . 1/2 water, 1/2 Vodka plus a few drops of essential oil. I put it in a bottle with reeds sticking out. I believe you can use bamboo skewers. Can also put in spray bottle.
Marina, I would be interested in your recipe.
Judy and Passionflower the Caramel nut slice recipe is not TMX, although the base could be made in TMX.
Although Ral loved it, I will not make again as it has too much sugar in it.
It is posted on Recipetineats Blog. I usually love her recipes but not this one.
Today cooking, lamb Shank and barley soup in SC. Falafels, sausage rolls, bread sticks, pasties. Also a new recipe for a Date loaf from Dan Lepard.

Yesterday I made a large pot of Leek & Potato Soup and Apple Crumble Cake.  This morning a batch of No Fuss Bread Rolls.

Chookie, I think my recipe is identical to yours, except I put it into spray bottles:

Get a spray bottle at the ready.
Fill a measuring cup with
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup white alcohol (gin or vodka is good for this)
20 drops total of your favourite essential oil, or blend of a couple you like.
Pour into spray bottle.  Shake before spraying.
Done.
