Mab and Cookie, I am coming around.

I'll put the kettle on.

You would be welcome Chookie.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

The Tahini biscuits didn't last long so better make some more.
Falafels and pocket bread and some protein chocolate balls.

Haven't got into my stride yet. But made a 1/2 wholemeal and 1/2 white loaf. Also made a simple salad to go with the grilled Salmon for lunch. The Little Gem lettuce and onion are from our garden. Should have had Avo added but when I cut it it wasn't ripe. I have a real problem with Avos. Hardly ever get it right.

It all looks very appetising Chookie.  I have an overnight SD rising, but it is going very slowly.

I made a SD brick today. I put the dough in the sun to rise and forgot about it. It had started to deflate when I cooked it. Even though it is brick like, the flavour is lovely, if a little heavy.
