I've got some Classic bread rising, made a lemon/orange cake from Tenina's recipes, some Choc Almond Fudge for DD to take to work and hopefully begin some of Yoke's SD bread http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=17314.0 and some Pumpernickel bread from thermomixbakingblogger.

I'm also going to mix a Doner Kebab recipe up for tomorrow night.https://www.recipecommunity.com.au/main-dishes-meat-recipes/doner-kebabs/fief9u4s-ca63c-589473-cfcd2-ky8h6j4u

Cookie, that is a lot of baking. Thanks for the reminder of that lovely Rye loaf.
Have Electricians here today. Scones jam and cream for morning tea. Soup and toasted cheese and ham sandwiches for lunch.

I overcooked my Pumpernickel bread, however the taste is great.

Yesterday, for the first time ever, I made a Clootie Dumpling (traditional Scottish dumpling - also called plum duff); instead of being boiled in a cloth (or 'cloot', the Scots word for cloth, hence "clootie') this version was cooked in the microwave.  The recipe called for 1 tsp of baking soda but it overpowered the whole cake.  Very disappointing as I love Clootie Dumpling - I might buy some more dried fruit next week and give it another go and keep my fingers crossed.

Also made a vegan Parmesan and today I am making balsamic roast potatoes, roasted vegetable salad and black bean burgers - so I guess I should leave this laptop alone and get into the kitchen!

Potato, leek & bacon soup.  I might make some bread buns later.

Marina my Grandmother used to make Plum Duff. She was from York. Came out as a child on a Clipper ship.

Nothing here today as we had a car run. We took the newly licensed car but when we got out onto a road with a faster speed it began to over heat. It didn't like going over 40 miles per hour. So we turned around and brought it home and headed out in DH's car. We had a lovely day as usual.

This week we have tradies and visitors, so today I have baked all morning.
I made a grain and malt loaf in cold oven to warm up the oven. Then 36 sausage rolls, 6 large curry puffs, and malt biscuits.  Still have to make some soup.

... do you ever stop Chookie?  I am always amazed at how much everyone on here cooks and how varied it all is, it makes me feel totally inadequate.

Yes we certainly have some prolific home chefs on this forum. I'm currently feeding some of my freezer items to my gardener once a week, I make things and then don't eat them!  Today he finished the front and will move around to the neater back yard on his next visit.
