Yesterday we had breakfast at a Spanish cafe. I had eggs poached in a tomato sauce. I think the sauce was tomato, roasted Capsicum, garle, a little onion and paprika. I am trying to make it.
Made 27 small containers of Quince Paste. 3 ks of Quinces. Most will go back to Creswick, from where the Quinces came. Today I will start the Quince jelly.

You are so amazing with how you create your recipes. I would never have thought of using soup whilst making bread ... not that I make bread,DH makes all of ours.
Lots of quince past there Chookie. A brilliant idea to use the soup in the bread. It has a lovely colour.Marina, I have done things like that. 😀😀I made some Pear and Cardamon jam and some Date cookies today.
