This is my latest Tenina SD lazy loaf. I baked it in a tin.

It's got some dark rye flour in it and some khorasan.

So they were a success Chookie. I’d love to make my own as bought ones have so little filling and I find them tasteless.
Your bread baking is magnificent as usual as is yours cookie.

I made a Classic Loaf today and also Turkish Pide. They were very nice, soft and tasty. I also did Tenina’s bagels but they stuck to the gladbake and ended up being interesting shapes https://orgasmicchef.com/recipes-2/turkish-pide-bread/.

Cookie, they maybe odd shapes but look very healthy with all those seeds.
The Amish dinner rolls were interesting. They contained lots of eggs and butter so were a bit cake like. Not my favourite bread. Gave all but 4 away.
Cookie jam and Sweet chilli sauce today.

All that bread looks wonderful.  DH still bakes a couple of loaves each week, so I am spoilt for good bread.

Today it was roast vege frittata; potato, sausage and tomato tray bake with salsa verde and cauliflower and chickpea hotpot.

Marina, that all sounds very nice and tasty.
Stephanie Alexander has a new book out. Don’t think I will buy it. The Age, Good Food has a review. She talks about cooking for one.  Judy, you do all that she recommends.  Also talks about per prepping food when entertaining. I’m sure we all do that also.  She is also enthusiastic about using her freezer. We know about that. I also don’t particularly like her recipes.

Everyone's cooking looks good especially all that bread.  Very little cooking being done here.  If I make a cake or biscuits they just seem to get left and end up going out to the birds.

Just a Classic loaf here today. I bought some wheat at a market recently so I have been using some of that for the Classic loaf.

Made Sweet chilli sauce yesterday. Sarah Raven recipe from my blog.  I have 2 sweet Chilli sauce recipes and do make both.  This recipe makes 7 sauce bottles.  I give most away.  Especially good with a BBQ. I had 1/2 a teaspoon on my poached egg.
Also made some small pizzas. The dough had been in the fridge for 4 days. Still ok.
I’m going to experiment with my Lemon and carrot marmalade today.  I’m going to add some lime leaves for added flavor and remove them before bottling.
