This is from Cookidoo Marina. Personally I’d do 180° but this may be fan forced.

DH and DD have been carting bricks for paving today and it is cold and miserable. I made some Pumpkin scones for morning tea and some cheese and ham scrolls with sweet chilli sauce for lunch.

Nice baking Cookie.

I have a beef casserole in the oven for dinner tomorrow night.  Tonight will be bbq steak, potato/sweet potato mash, broccolini & a bit of salad.  Roast veg salad for me.

It’s cold, stormy and wet here today. Most unusual. I threw some veggies into the thermomix with stock paste, water and red lentils. It made a yummy warming soup.

I have my rye SD starter out and plan to make a loaf from my new book. I also need to fill the cake tins.

Would you be happy to share your vege sausage roll recipe, K Atie?  I keep trying various combinations and none of them really work for me.

Wet day in Adelaide so a good opportunity to cook. I’ve made half recipes of my Cauli Pasta Bake https://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=3958.30 and Thermobexta’s Cauliflower Soup (minus the Halloumi) https://www.thermobexta.com.au/thermobextas-cauliflower-soup/ Stir fried zoodles/poached egg for lunch.

You have been busy Judy. I made an Apple Sauce cake from Cookidoo yesterday. It sounded and looked nice, but is rather heavy. If I make it again I will use SR flour to see if it helps at all. The flavour is nice. You make the apple sauce in the thermomix before you do the rest of the cake.

Marina it’s in the basic cook book I think , I used the Cookidoo one , very wet mix but works . Uses walnuts which really works for the texture . Sometimes I add carrot , this time added a little spinach and kale . Thermobexta does one too , I’ll have another look .
