Well.......what am I not cooking today  :o I was testing recipes I have developed for my talk (one of the steps consultants can do if they choose to) All of which I will share with you once I have completed it. So cake, various icings, a slice, drink, snacks. We had the coconut chicken from the budget busters book for tea, I will add my tweaks to the review thread tomorrow. Very tired must go to sleep!!

Today I made Trudy's Orange Muffins, then Cauliflower Cheese and Apple Flummery.I will review the Flummery tomorrow as it needs overnight cooling in the fridge and will get DH to take a photo, if it passes the taste test. :)

You have both been busy. Last night we had the Garlic Oil and Hot Chilli Pasta from the 2009 calendar. We had been on a long Model A rally and were tired and this was so quick and easy and very tasty.
Today is some more bread, mulberry jam and hopefully some others things.

So far today I've done a basic loaf of bread, Spinach and feta dip and tazikki.  For dinner we're having baf65's creamy chicken.

Why does HO hide all those recipes in the consultants' section of the website so mere mrtals like me can't access them?  >:(

Tonights dinner is Chookie's KFC. Have just taken some beetroot brownies out of the oven and then plan to make a date crumble slice. The latter two are to take samples to the get together tomorrow.

I've made the curry from the 2009 calendar again, with the fetta. Some Naan bread to go with it and CP63/Chookie's savoury cream puffs. We're going to a Thermomixathon tonight and I have done these before hand. It's really just 3-4 couples getting together but 3 of us have TMXes. Great fun.

Lovely food last night and Chookie, everyone loved your savoury puffs, and CP63 thanks for the conversion. I think I added a bit much egg so I will be more careful next time as the mixture was more liquid than I've made before. Taste-fantastic.
