The above tales sound very familiar - we must be walking on common ground hey!!!!!!!  :)  :) I made the Choc Crunch today - just waiting to cool so that the icing can be spread.  Thanks Dede for the conversion  :D  :D

Made Judy's chicken and veg. soup today.  Smells delicious.  Cookie,  you could make the English muffins with dried yeast.  Just add the carb soda late in the dough mixing,  before second rise and  cutting out the muffins.

Today made Lemon Spread, (like lemon butter but without the butter).  EDC mayo for the chicken sandwiches for lunch.  Didn't scrape the bowl out completely and added 1/2 an avo. to mix with the chicken.  Grilled some bacon to crumble on the sandwiches.

Today I've made Parsnip, Leek & Lemon soup , steamed some carrot, cauli and brussel sprouts then made  Monkeyboyzmum's My special awesome cheese sauce , Mushroom sauce from the EDC for the freezer, the first step of Rara's Cherry Bites and LeeJ's Too Easy Raspberry Cheesecake .  Apart from the cheesecake, I hadn't intended making anything else today  :-)) :-))

This morning I have made
Johnro's Tasty Chicken,
Rainbow's Honey & Soy Chicken,
Herbal Chicken Hors-D'Oeuvres from the EDC
Cookie's Macaroni Cheese with Pumpkin.

The first 3 items for the birthday party tomorrow and the last one for our lunch. All I have to do tomorrow morning is cook some rice.

Today I don't normally do any cooking but I am off to a makers market tomorrow so done most of it today instead. I made a Boston Bun, Bimby chocolate cake, Anzac's from the EDC, LT M's and some little egg and bacon bites cooked in bread casing with a dollop of sweet chili sauce in the bottom. Tomorrow I'm going to make some cheese and bacon rolls and some scrolls of some sort.

am away for the weekend in Margaret River (wild and woolly weather). I didn't bring TM cos for the 2 of us, and what I like to cook I need to bring too many pantry items for such a short time. DH is cooking a bit of steak and I've made a quick salad - nothing fancy

Have a good weekend CP - sounds like you'll be spending a lot of time indoors with the weather.
