Today I made Chicken & Celery Casserole, mashed potato & steamed broccoli for lunch.

I'm having a day out with the carers tomorrow and DH's sister is coming down to be with him - plenty left over for their lunch

I made some more bread for us and my lovely dentist his nurse and the receptionist, napolitana sauce, some no egg muffins to freeze(not sure if this will work or not) and a lovely dinner of pork fillet in mustard and cream sauce with some noodles.

Cooking all morning...Bread, Anchovy Pate, Crisp Peanut Biscuit, Choc Cream Biscuits, (like Chocolate YO Yos) from the 'free " book based on Sweetened milk.  Tripe in whitye sauce  and Italian Chicken cass. Chicken , leek and mushroom Cottage pie from freezer with left over mashed potato.

Easy Choc Cake - first choc cake I have made since owning TMX that is not using ILB recipe, only reason just because..........
