Mini egg and bacon pies (in pie maker) fudgy wudgy biscuits, Jaffa cakes ( in my new mini loaf tin) Date and walnut loaf and a chocolate crunch. Now the girls are taking over and cooking some cupcakes.
Might make some cheese and bacon rolls, a pizza and some pikelets a bit later. I'm off now to mow the lawns.

I have had a great morning cooking with Bimby this morning.
I have made: Pot if Crio Bru to keep me going!; Pastry for bacon and egg pie; Lamb Kebabs from UK web site; Carrot cake from Travelling With Thermomix; Variation of Power balls; Hommous; Mayonnaise and Coconut custard. Whew! All dairy free and fresh ready for school lunch boxes and after school snacks for the next few days.
Might take my Crio Bru and sit in the sunshine.

Some icecream, more raspberry cordial, biscuits and at the moment DD is making some biscuits from the Lindt site. She's using the TMX so will see how they go.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Cooked a second batch of Tikka Paste, this time with different dried chillies that were much larger :) tasting the paste is now okay, so I think this one should be safe. We're debating trying the butter chicken again for tea today.

Also about to make some of Tenina's Chocolate Ice Cream (once I located some vanilla bean paste - oh how I want to be able to shop again in the UK; so many recipes suggest things which are awkward to get here; like Chicken Thighs! Supermarket either has whole chickens or breast fillets)

So Hally your not interested if they were a flop lol. I don't actually like egg and bacon pies so I will let you know if they are ok when DH tries one.
I really only throw some eggs in a jug ( about 6-8) throw in some chopped bacon, salt and pepper, chopped parsley and a little milk.
They smelt nice and looked really good. So I'm guessing they will taste ok and won't go to waste lol.
