Cheers, Nola.

I go out for the day and just look what you girls get up to whilst I'm gone - great effort everyone.

Maddy, do we have the recipe for Choc fudge icing on here?  What size tin did you cook her cake in please. I used that recipe last night to make tiny mini muffins (overfilled the tins as usual :-))) but only did half quantity - the full quantity is quite a bit and I would have no idea what sized tin to use.

Hools, your work is lovely - so glad you managed to get the photos up.

Oops, don't answer that question maddy, I've just read another thread which has all the information I need.

They looks great Robyn and Maddie. Thinking of making the santa hats using the ultimate chocolate cake that Maddie made in the next few days so will be interested to hear the story.

Now I know why I put on weight. It is coming from the monitor with all these lovely photos. This forum certainly inspires us to cook.
Robyn, I wish I lived near DD's pharmacy. They are very lucky customers.

Fundj that looks very appetising.

Maddy that cake is fabulous - did not have time to compliment this morning. I stayed at the pharmacy for 3 hrs plating - some of the results - obviously this is NOT what I am cooking today (except the assembling of the santa hats and putting some white choc on the truffles.)

For those interested in the Santa hats - as mentioned yesterday I used Amanda brownie recipe (the ultimate choc cake would also be great!!!!), cut into small squares after baking did not bother with circles - I used mascarpone buttercream (250g mascarpone + 90g butter + 2 cups icing sugar - speed 6 - 2 mins) and these delights were the first to disappear completely but then again there was also less of these  :)  :)

Also did handouts of the ingredient list of all the goodies, except for the almond and pistachio bread avoided all other nuts but I guess a pharmacy is an appropriate place for an allergic reaction to be treated - no shortage of epipens!!!  :)  :)

Robyn,  these look great.  Like Cookie I now know why I am putting on weight.

My Cooking is much more mundane, bread rolls.
