It's actually a cubicle decorating competition but as I bake every week for work I have been called in as the secret weapon in our last ditch effort to win. Mind you we put a lot of effort into the decorating as well.

Thank you all for your praises - today is a bit of a blur, tell me am I on hols  :-\  :-\
Pics please, Twitterpated  :)  :) did you make the biscuits for the melted snowman - I have done them with gingernuts then used the marshmallow and made the sugar icing - but the surface area of the commercial biscuits are a too small to give the very cute effect!!!!! but the year 8s loved making them!!!!  :)  :)

Have to admit that I cheated with the biscuits. As this was all decided yesterday I didn't have the time to make the biscuits as well. I know what you mean about the size of the commercial biscuits. I chose to use milk arrowroots and place the marshmallow up one end. I don't know if they're are going to work as I chose to use royal icing instead of the recipe as someone suggested. They look great on the trays but getting them off will be the challenge. As for pics I have never put any up. Will take the photos when complete and then sit and have a read as to how to post them.

Note to all if you are making them - the marshmallows only take a few seconds and will continue to melt after you remove them from the microwave so don't be tempted to leave them in a little longer. I had a huge puddle of marshmallow on the bench to prove this.  :D ;D

Which recipe did you use for those great looking hamburger rolls Uni.  Did you use the old tray on the top trick?

Love your cake Maddy, it looks delicious.  I'm a chocoholic from way back and anything chocolate makes me drool.
I went to a demo this week and it was great and have booked in for a steamer demo in the new year.  I'm looking forward to seeing what you can do with the veroma.
Made some pistachio & cranberry shortbread today - recipe from the demo. It taste great
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I've had fun today so far. I've made Chookies Flat breads, then some A Taste of Vegetarian crackers using spelt and the Beetroot, parmesan and cashew dip. Will be doing the Pear and Nut Salad soon. This is for our BYO everything BBQ tonight.

May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Today I made a batch of Chookies no fuss dough and made some small hamburger buns like Uni plus a small loaf, monkeyboyzmum's My Special awesome cheese sauce (1/2 batch) for a potato and cauliflower au-gratin, JulieO's Mushroom & Chicken Curry and I converted a Salmon & Green Bean Potato Patties recipe from a Woman's Weekly book.

I experimented with a recipe from Delicious Magazine.
Made some 'Rosie' style changes and produced this beauty. ;)
