Pets can be such a big part of our families that losing one is often like losing a member of the family.  I hope your DH can find a suitable replacement. I lost a wonderful dog some years ago, a dalmatian. I have never been able to bring myself to have another one.

I made the Shredded chicken Vietnamese salad from Dinner Spinner tonight but substituted steamed salmon filets for the shredded chicken.

Today I made the thai fish parcels from dinner spinner app and my review shows the photo of results and how it went.

Yesterday I had my first Yum Cha experience - certainly a different way of selecting and serving food. It wasn't too bad. Slowly I am expanding my taste of Asian food. Also had a yummy caramel fudge parfait at San Churro's!

Thanks everyone for your lovely words. Will be hard for DH in the morning when he wakes up and she won't be here waiting for him to go to work. He is borrowing another dog for the time been to help him out.

Dede such sad news. I can imagine how your DH felt when Molly wasn't there this morning. :'( :'(

Uni what a lovely looking loaf. I have some Vienna bread rising at the moment.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Thanks Cookie and Nazar. I just hope he can find another good working dog to help ease the pain of loosing Molly. Fingers crossed the next one will be another good one.

On the bad side my DH come home with some bad news, his beloved Dog Molly got ran over today while at work. Was so sad as she was the best dog he has ever had and she will be so hard to replace. As she is a working dog and he needs to have a dog help him he will have to replace her.
She really was a big part of the family so there were a few tears here tonight.

Hugs dede.....so sad  :'(
We lost our maisey girl last Monday....she was the best sheep  dog we've had....poor girl was deaf as a post, not many teeth left....but she was gorgeous!   Unfortunately hubby is nearly as deaf as she was, and he himself run over her, and didn't hear my son yelling at him to stop  :'(
Worst part was we had to put her to sleep on the morning of my Uncles funeral  :'(......too much for one day I tell you.....but we got through.
