I do that too! I even use crepes instead of tortillas sometimes when I'm too lazy to make tortillas for enchiladas. Works great.

dede, it might be worth buying an oven thermometer too, they are only a few dollars.  I found my brand new oven was running 40C hotter than the dial said so I always take that into account now when setting it.  :)

Good idea. I actually have one already so I will test the oven temp out on all three levels to get a better idea.

Making Anzac cookies and bread today.

Yep blackberries are on here as well.  Friends picked 7kg on the weekend, with plenty more to pick.  Can't really pick them myself as the baby monitor doesn't go that far.  Will have to send the better half out.  Last year I put 20kg into the freezer.

The council came and sprayed the blackberries near our house. No little trips down the lane for morning tea this year.  :'( :'(

Cooked Pizza for tea tonight (I'm really getting very good at pizzas now) I think they are getting better and better.

On the bad side my DH come home with some bad news, his beloved Dog Molly got ran over today while at work. Was so sad as she was the best dog he has ever had and she will be so hard to replace. As she is a working dog and he needs to have a dog help him he will have to replace her.
She really was a big part of the family so there were a few tears here tonight.

Poor Molly, such a shame to lose beloved pets and even though she was a working dog, I'm sure was still considered a pet by the family. What a sad day for you all  :-*

She was very much a family dog. Which is unusual as working dogs are usually just working dogs and not family pets as such. But not Molly she loved the kids and the kids loved her too. When she wasn't working she was just a normal family pet.
