Uni, you have been busy today.

GD and I made Monte Carlos (recipe later) and we had Chicken Fricassee from Travelling with Thermomix for lunch.

Uni,  I love the look of these.  Think I must also be a REAL wog
Judy,  those Monte Carlos look like the genuine article.

Today I made loaf of Sourdough, was a bit too active in the Fridge over night.  Turkey and mushroom filling for cottage pie.  Soap powder for washing machine..Non TMX Chinese pickled red cabbage with ginger.

I made an Anzac Slice. Then for dinner we had farfallina's herb chicken as we hadn't had it for ages. Oh and store cupboard  soup.

We had some of JD's Chicken Vege soup leftover from yesterday. Was going to make the Vegetable Bolognese Bake from QFITM, but I had to make the vegetable stock first - so its on the menu for tomorrow night. Hopefully it won't have too much liquid from the eggplant like the review.

A friend gave me this cookbook. So tonight I made chorizo chickpeas and spinach. It was very easy and very tasty. I will make this again and try converting to the TM. If it works I will post it.
