Got the grandies so cooked spaghetti to go with In the Mix spag bol sauce made yesterday (went down well), a batch of Anzac Biscuits and some chocolate custard.  Have made up a couple of small tubs of the custard for GD to take in her school lunch box on Thursday.

Just made Cindy O'Mearas veg sausage rolls. The mix looked vial, very dodgy I thought.  Mmm......

They are delicious, cant believe how good they taste. Shame they have nuts as ds said they were nice sausage rolls. He thought they were meat & still thinks so.

Anyone made them school friendly?

Today I made Quirky Jo's Vegan Anzac biscuits and they smelt divine while cooking. I didn't have enough coconut oil though so I think that's why they couldn't be moulded into biscuits and crumbled apart instead. So I decided to just spread it out on a tray and make it like a slice to cut up later. I also overcooked it - whoops!!

Dinner was the Tuscan Beef Stew from dinner spinner and I have already given my comments re that recipe in the review section.

Photobucket has also changed their edit settings so I have to get used to that too now. Changes, changes.

i do reduce  the sugar, as i find them way too sweet.

Tan I do the same as they are very sweet with the golden syrup, brown sugar and sugar. I made 2 batches of the EDC Anzacs as well.

I have made cauliflower soup, burnt butter biscuits, anzac biscuits and for tea will be making beef casserole, loaf of isi's portugese rolls and sticky date pudding. I haven't tried the sticky date pudding from EDC so are looking forward to making it as the reviews are all good.

I've made the last Herman up and put in lots of sultanas and cranberries, and some strawberry icecream.

I've now added an 'Opera Slice' to that. It's really just a shortbread base with lots of dried fruit and a few almonds on top.

Today I made yeasted dutch doughnuts, dog food, beef rogan josh, and a batch of yogurt.

Quite a warm day in Perth for autumn so I might be forced to use some frozen watermelon to make a fruit daiquiri and sit by the pool (purely to get my vitamin D dose   ;) )

Oh don't get the rogan josh and dog food mixed up. That wouldn't be nice (although the dog won't mind) ;D
