Well it's 2130hrs and I'm totally buzzing about In The Mix Cookbook. Going to try out the chicken wontons now.
Loved the class today and love the cookbook.

When I get home this afternoon I will have the house to myself until tomorrow, so I think today would be a good day to experiment with those green lentils. Plenty of time to hide the evidence if I set a new record for the most disastrous attempt at lentils in history ;D

It certainly was Uni, I had it on a piece of bread and butter at 10.30pm  :-))  This morning it has firmed up quite a lot  - I had it on  toast (no butter this time) and it spread quite easily on the warm toast.

That looks yum JD, will read your review on QFITT.

Just whipped up some felafels as I love them & are nice and healthy. Had 3 in a wrap for lunch with salad & lime aioli.

Putting off making wraps, used a bought one for lunch.  I am wondering if they are worth the trouble.

Its reassuring to hear that even really experienced cooks make mistakes Uni, so you've made me feel a bit better ;D That proabably wont fix your lasagne though :-\

Just off to the shops to get ingredients for farallina's Farro Lentil Soup :D
