Had GS today who loves meatballs so, having Swedish meatball sauce in the freezer, we made some meatballs, cooked some rice and used up this sauce. Love this recipe and GS certainly ate his fair share of them.  Later in the day he wanted to make something else so we made Caramel biscuits.

I think I am about a week away for bread too Uni.

This no cooking is killing me >:( made cookies to fill up 2 large tupperware containers yesterday

Have all my pastes up to date. Really really scratching around looking for things to cook.

Freezer must be going down but to be honest I just dont see a difference!!!!

I made the red onion relish from the EDC and thermomixers quince paste yesterday.  First time I have made either!

Today if DS falls asleep (home with tonsillitis) I am going to try Mara's macaroons and I also need to replenish the BBQ sauce.

i am trying the thermal cooker for the resting of the yogurt will let u know how it truns out in about 5 hours

and making more ricotta for the freezer
