Hally all I did was steam veges, with leftover soup, and rissoles from last night.

But, I did meet a lady who is about to buy a thermomix next week, just up the road from me.
Her demo is next week...

My DH told her i spend all day on Forumthermomix.com, make sure you join too.....

Last night we had the Cream if Chicken Soup from MOTM. It was nice but I felt it was missing something. I did add mushrooms before  blending it.
Tonight is Nigellas Chicken Nuggets and Chips. Will also need to make some more berry muffins and dedes chocolate slice for snacks next week.
Exercise is a dirty word... Every time I hear it, I wash my mouth out with chocolate

Uni, what are you making???

Well I said to DH you choose dinner tonight. The last 2 nights we had lamb. So i asked this morning what meat have you taken out of the freezer, he replied lamb chops :o :o :o it gets worse.....  How could this be possible, oh yes, he took out 4!!!! Ds eats at least 3.  Mm so whats going with the lamb, rolls he said, its getting more interesting by the minute.... What rolls I ask? The ones I had last night, I said gone there is no more. So its back to 4 lamb chops for the 3 of us. This is him doing dinner tonight!!!

Of to the gym shortly  to burn of my frustration,  aaaaggghhhh.

Caramel, date and banana loaf - but as muffins with a couple of Choc chips
Cinnamon cake
Some more Turkish apple tea (working a treat)
Malted oat cookies
And thin and crispy pizza bases for dinner
5 x individual serves of instant cinnamon and walnut porridge that I take to work for breakfast - just add hot water!

and then making up DS school lunches for the week because I am traveling next week and DH isn't the best at making them.

Hi snappy, do you have a recipe for that? Sounds yummy and easy :)

Today I made a big TM full of chicken stock using the bones from last night's roast (BIG thumbs up to everyone who gave me that tip ;) ) which is now simmering away into a soup on the stove with heaps of vegetables (carrot, celery, zucchini, cabbage, parsnip, pumpkin, sweet potato, corn and beans). That is for dinner tomorrow because I want to refrigerate it overnight so I scoop the fat off.

So tonight will be pan-fried sea mullet and steamed vegetables with cheesy white sauce.

I think I will also be doing some sort of baking. Might make biscuits of some description. Will have to look what I have in the pantry.
