Thanks Obbie, was a little dissapointed it spread out a bit, will work on that, maybe lower temp & longer cooking time.

Yes its nice to walk when we can.

Cant wait to see what you create with your pink jel ring.

Halex you will have to learn how to use tapatalk. Very easy to place photos on the forum. Just take photo and add to forum. Done. Hopefully someone can show you at the WA retreat :)

Well done Hally, it's nice to achieve what you think will be impossible.  Did it impress your boys?

DH has only seen emailed photos, says he thinks it looks apetising, ds loved the shape,  ....., hates spinach, told him it was herbs from the garden he had planted. Said it was lovely bar the green bits.
DH nt home until 9 pm tonight, so he can warm it up later & tae some for lunch.
It was a new recipe, very tasty :) i made the pasta a little thicker than normal, (wanted it to hold liquidsin), nice but I prefer the pasta thinner.

Made the ras el hanout spice and was intending to use it to make  a new recipe but was missing key ingredient of 8 chicken thighs. I only had 2 chicken breasts....not sure what went wrong there with shopping list?? :-))

Also made lentil soup.

i am cooking nap sauce in the slow cooker and in the thermal cooker, i am thinking the thermal cooker one will need a quick boil on the stove after 4hours then back in the inner pot again for a few more hours, i have had 1 flop in it so far , i was making paste e piselli (peas and pasta soup) and it was raw after 10 hours, i know what i did wrong so will not be doing that again  ;D

and stuffed eggplants

i don't need a recipe i'm italian
