Had to go our shop and do book work today so not much cooking. For dinner we had gourmet beef from the forum and it was lovely. Definitely one to make again.

Thanks everyone. I used an online template too. http://marvwoodhouse.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/zwcok-maccir1-3p8.pdf. Made it heaps easier to know the size.

I used a white chocolate and raspberry ganache. I had such little faith that they were going to turn out, I never even thought to colour or flavour the shells! Will def plan it better next time.

Macarons - now that's another one on my to-do list. Will get there one day!

Today I made Chookie's Turkish bread and Hally's lamb and feta burgers. Have posted photos in the relevant threads. YUMMO!

Gert what amazing macarons. You are sooooooooooooo clever. I just have to try them. I'm sitting round on the computer waiting for DD to ring. She's been off sick for 3 days and went back to work today, but has been 'evicted' from work and sent down to ED for treatment. So lovely Mum said she would go in and pick her up. The best part is I play opn the computer until she rings as I can't really start the macarons.

Cookie - hope your DD takes good care of herself and will be better soon.   It's never a good idea to try to go back to work too early.  We think we can . .  but along comes the big "however" . . . .Lots of get well wishes . !! :D
