With so many kids over in the holidays and the weekend. I am out of my stocks for lunch box treats.

So today I made some white chocolate chip cookies, mrs woo's banana cake & chocolate brownies.

I have some sour cream sandiwch dough rising to make rolls.

Not sure what else, I am having a cuppa.

Probably some chicken fried rice for ds flask. I freeze it in batches, when I am out of sandwich filling or bread  he often  has fried rice.

H :)

Just taken 1/2 the brownie to the olds next door, they were very happy, bless them :)

I prepared the mushroom risotto  and after finishing it, added some cooked black beluga lentils to it.
This combination makes a complete amino acid chain so is a perfect vegetarian option - I used vegetable stock instead of chicken.

The combination is delicious and I have enough leftovers for at least two more meals.

Hally kids sure can eat cant they :)
I am amazed what my lot consume each week.
I need to change my routine a bit I think, as normally I cook all their lunch box treats etc on a Sunday, but I am finding by Thursday there is not much left at all.
I have 6 containers I fill on a Sunday + what ever else I have made that's in the fridge. Think I might try to keep the containers full by cooking bits and pieces during the week as well.

See how I go anyway :)

Courton and Gert, I don't know, I will freeze some, and see how it goes.

I can't waste this many lemons.
Gert you should come for a quick drive to  see me.
