They look nice.I made them once but they were no appreciated by DH so never again. He has only to say yes but and I am over it.

Now I am doing a  challenge I can't afford them.

Nice full bodied bowl of soup there Gretchen.

Had a huge piece of leftover corned beef after last nights meal so I found this recipe, halved it and made 8 corn beef fritters which I served with salad and a fry up of leftover potatoes, some onion, red pepper and haloumi cheese.
