Everyone is always making lots of delicious things... I am jealous :-))

Today I made Alina0210's Basic Crackers: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=321.0 (My first attempt at a link *fingers crossed*). I made a few tweaks which I am about to post under the thread. I served the crackers with mashed avocado and lemon juice. They were too dry by themselves, but who eats dry crackers anyway? :D

Hearts = Paprika
Stars = Garlic and Herb
Circles = Parmesan and Pepper
Flowers = Rosemary and Salt

I also made rectangles and "jigsaw pieces" (all the leftover bits lol) but they weren't as pretty, so didn't bother with a photo.

They look great Amy.

Well I finished early today with my cooking so decided to whip around the lawn with the lawn mower. Had to rake leaves first. Be glad when the last leaf falls :D

Sorry Goldfish I really confused all by stating the wedding was May (that would still be the case if wonder woman was not in our midst!!!!) - thanks Judy for correcting the record  :-*  :-*

Today I've made rojan josh curry in the slow cooker (for tomorrow night's dinner), a massive pot of bolognese sauce (some for lunch tomorrow, but most of it for the freezer), bread, 2 banana cakes and vanilla slice.

Am about to start on veal with home made tomato sauce and chilli, cheese and rosemary polenta for dinner.
