Made some pumpkin, sweet potato and potato and onion soup. Some bread to go with it, a slice (can't remember the name of it) and Alyce's Spicy Chicken with noodles.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Pancakes for breakfast. Hot chocolates for afternoon tea. Good old fashioned stew for dinner. Cranberry, white chocolate, macadamia biscuits for a PD I am running this week.

Good luck Dashingden!  :)

Amy - if your piece of meat is too big you could always cut in into portions and freeze what you don't need before cooking... :)

I hadn't even thought of that! Thanks astarra! :D

We couldn't believe it was the smallest one at WW. You'd think they'd have smaller roasts for smaller families! :-\

I used to love lunchbox cooking when I was a kid... except for the fact that it meant I had to go back to school :-))
