BTW, do possums go for lemon trees? They have gobbled my herbs, and even my curry leaf and chilli plant (ouch!) so if I plant a lemon tree what is the likelihood of the plant surviving?

Hi courton, I have very cheeky possums in my area but they've never touched my lemon tree. Mind you, they leave the herbs alone too. Strawberries, on the other hand.....

Our possums eat everything - had to laugh when the chilli plant started to be eaten!

Well done DD!
We had Roast Chicken and Vegies tonight. Steamed vegies in Varoma first and then baked in the oven.

Dessert was apples stewed in Varoma in a glass dish served with custard made yesterday.
A great cook is one who can rustle up a fabulous family meal with some freezer burnt chops, wilted carrots, sprouting potatoes and cabbage that's gone brown on the cut edges.

Trying to convert recipes from Annabel Karmels Baby and Toddler Food books but they seem to take so long so getting put off! Shouldn't there be a baby food book by TMX since that is what the machine was originally designed for?? :-[

I never thought to stew my fruit in the veroma. I bunged it all in the bowl on reverse soft speed 100. after 7 minutes it didn't look cooked so I gave it another 6 minutes and turned it to mush. Still tastes pretty good. I had  serving with plain yoghurt.

I agree! If you have any luck converting the recipes, I'd like to help with testing... Lol. I'm still too new to tmx to attempt to convert recipes just yet.

So far I have made yoghurt and these absolutely delicious muesli biscuits. They smell amazing! :D :D I can't remember where I got the recipe from though. I searched the forum and didn't find it on here :-\

I have also steamed some oranges to make a cake when I get home from work :)

I've made some of Amy's quiches and cooked a roll of biscuit dough for afternoon tea for visitors today.
