Not much today apart from dinner, maybe some more apple pies if I find the energy - rotten cold! Trying to catch up on cleaning.

Take care deedub.

Tenina's buttermilk rolls just out of the oven. They are the shape of hamburger buns.
Tenina must cringe every time I make one of her recipes. I muck it up. Probably wishing I would choose someone else's recipes to crucify.

Put your patties in them Michele and have burgers and chips for lunch instead  ;)  Who cares what they look like as long as they taste good.

You make me laugh! Looks aren't everything - I bet they taste great.
I've made a late brrekky of scrambled free range eggs on toasted ciabatta. It makes really crunchy toast- I had to help cut up DS's toast as he was having trouble LOL

BURGERS!! Now there's an idea. As long as some salad finds its way into the buns as well ;D

Taste is definitely the most important thing! Food is only going to get turned into mush in your intestines anyway :-))

Yoghurt done, now onto biscuits ;)

chicken korma. Just made the sauce and I don't like it  :-\ First thing I've made in the TMX that I'm not happy with, but it's not the thermie's fault, think it was me/the recipe...
might make bread later. have some chive and onion breadmix to use up.

Curry cheese crackers. Lots of odd shapes but that's the way my cooking has been going today.

I don't have all the ingredients for Judy's kingston biscuits :( So I'm going to convert an old lemon slice recipe we love instead :D
