Bread rising now, then I thought I would do some Umami paste, and try Tenina's dried apricot jam.

Just took minced beef out of freezer for tonight.

Got apples for crumble. If time will make.

Wow. They are huge pumpkins. I have about 10 butternut pumpkins left from the vines that went mad in the garden over summer, but they probably don't weigh 20 kg  all together. Earlier this week I made pumpkin soup and today I made my great aunt Ruby!s pumpkin scones for lunch. Tonight I made pizzas and put roast pumpkin on it. There is still plenty left, and I'm the only one in the family who really likes it.

Oh yum - everyone's pics look so nice... and my poor TM is sitting sadly in the corner of the bench - hasn't been used for a few days.  :(  Might have to make something today - maybe a batch of cheese and bacon buns...

Working today and going out for dinner tonight, but I think I might just have time to make a batch of Amy's chocolate muffins for the kids to take on their road trip to Adelaide tomorrow.

I have some Varoma bread cooking with seeds in it. (thanks Uni). Then this afternoon I plan to make some sort of choclate biscuits.
