All the food and pictures look so good. Especially your cupcakes maddy. Think you should enter into the great Australian bake off.

Only made porridge and toast, does that count?!

Off to hairdressers to be spruced up for the graduation. Cut, wash and dry.

Would love to know how you did the rye bread. EBs carer has asked me if I coukd make a rye loaf for her & eb has asked me to make a loaf for him to take home too.

Thanks Uni, need to buy rye flour.

Can you buy it at the supermarket or do I need to go to a bread shop.

When EB was here last, he took 1/2 a loaf home with him, now they put their orders in, LOL ;D

Thanks Uni.  Yes that is the one.  Was a bit heavy handed with the yeast and it grew more than it should.  The one on my Blog is more like it should look.  Very easy.

You can get rye flour at some supermarkets or health food stores or rye grains at the health food store  and mill it.

No time for cupcakes, ran out >:(

Made pastry for quiche, mm bol sauce, just waiting for bol sauce to finish so I can make humous & edc garlc & herb dip. Need to get breads in oven & quiche cooked, so much to do & no time, mond you its only 8.48am!

I'm cooking pumpkin, salmon and corn risotto for lunch, and hopefully there aren't any bits of my finger in it. Ouch :(
