Not any cooking just decorating another bday!  Despite what it seems I am not going into the production of Elephant cakes - made both cakes last weekend and froze this one until I had to ice tonight!!! :)  :)

Doing lots of cooking today but realized I needed relish for a couple of the recipes. So first on my list is relish. I love how quick and easy it is to whip up 3 jars of fresh relish :)
