Great looking loaf, can I ask what size tin you used?
My tin is about 28x13cm. First time I made this loaf it didn't rise nearly as much. This time I used bread improver and let the dough rise for much longer, wasn't in a rush today for a change.
Amy, my youngest DD was delighted when she came home from school to find fresh quiches for a snack! We all love them here.

Made some Kiss biscuits (butterfly shaped) with DS, DD and my Nephew, they enjoyed the decorating, especially my Nephew who licked the smarties before placing them on the biscuits :D

Where did he learn to do that? :-))

Amy, my youngest DD was delighted when she came home from school to find fresh quiches for a snack! We all love them here.

 :D :D :D

Here are the jam drops I made today :)

To cold to finish my painting today so I have been cooking.  Made sausage (homemade with pork mince) and Veggie Rolls, then CP"s Mums Pineapple Slice.  Thanks Uni I made the condensed milk too.  Feel a little full have had 5 sausage rolls, Unlike you Amy I have no will power.  Luckily the pineapple slice needs time to set so will sample that this afternoon..
