1 single and 1 double batch of Tenina's Lemon Curd  - will be making lots more. First time I have made curd, Jen usually does it over a bowl of boiling water. She wont be doing it her way again. So easy in Thermothingy

Chelsea's Choc Chip Slice - with choc chips from Margaret River

Carrot Cake again - sssooooo good

then unexpected visitors arrived, cake and slice nearly all gone.
All from CP's book

  :) ;) ;) :D :D ;) :) :) :D ;D :D ;) :)

Numbering does make it easier. Great minds think alike JD.

I was trying to tidy things up too much, ie. whiting everything out on my copy. When the pages got photocopied and bound they stuck together and so I think there may be about 6 missing recipes unfortunately. There were a couple of issues where I had to go back to the printers cos they admitted things were their fault and I was thinking of numbering but I had other stuff going on too, that I thought if people wanted that they will be able to do it on their own copies. I hope everyone wears the pages out cos that would bring me no end of pleasure.

That garlic looks great Uni, what are you planning on using it for? How do you store it?
