Those biscuits look great CP.
Sourdough out of the oven, made some  of the liquorice puddings from Nigella's book.  Use Darrel lea liquorice in place of the liquorice pellets.  Doubled the recipe.
Also made Nay-Nay's cereal bars which turned out really well.
