Today I made cream cheese pastry and then a bacon, mushroom and spinach quiche for dinner.

I also made kaffir lime scented white chocolate pannacotta and EVOO lime yoghurt cake both from Tenina's ebook - these are for tomorrow, so haven't tasted them yet. Look and smell nice.

I made carrot, orange and date loaf, EDC play doh and fresh breadcrumbs (does that count as cooking??)

Having another go at sourdough bread today, as well as Tenina's chicken stock powder, caramelised garlic paste, sweet chilli sauce, a batch of Chelsea's pizza sauce with hidden veggies (to use up some sad tomatoes I had hiding in the fridge).

And then for dinner we are having lamb tagine with dates, apricots and honey.

Well that is the plan anyway - am on-call for work, so DH might end up taking over all of the above  ;D ;D

DH just asked for some choc chip cookies to take to work next week so think I'll be doing a few batches and recipes to find a favourite!  :)
