Today made No Fuss rolls with GD.  She made cats , birds and fish out of the dough.!!!!!  I made a loaf of reconstituted Sour Dough. I test each batch of powder that I make.  Made Tenina's Citrus Curd,  we like the plain Lemon Better. Cooked Corned Beef in Varoma.

Brenda,  get a thermometer,  stick it in and if it reaches 200 F.  Then it is cooked.
CP , love the new Avatar.
Have been looking at all the lovely biccies. Yum.

Very cute, Maddie.
I made the Santiago almond cake from the book MWOC. It was delicious. I also made the stuffed cabbage rolls which was quite nice too. The tomato baseds sauce needed more flavour, though.

Brenda,  a digital  probe thermometer.  About $20 from a cooking shop.  Essential.  Tell them you want to measure the internal temp of cakes and bread.
