I successfully boned and butterflied a leg of lamb for bbq'ing tomorrow.  Most pleased with self!

Have also marinated some chicken in tabasco chipotle mixture for bbq tonight

I made some bread today, some choc chip cookies and some garlic paste. By doing that with the garlic I should be fine to take it into SA as I couldn't take garlic through the fruit fly check at Ceduna.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I just made mum's birthday cake today... its an Apple and Strawberry Crumble cake. She said it was nice, but it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to :-\
