Made a loaf of bread today, and some milo biscuits - hope the kids like them, taste pretty good to me! Right now I've got potatoes steaming in the varoma while eggs are cooking - want to make potato salad for dinner.

Thanx Amy!!!  ;)

Pasties look great H - what is in them?

I have made 15, the rest of the mixture has beene turned into a meat & potato pie.

I had about  350g of mince left over from meatballs, so I blitz onion, carrot, celery & potato, threw in mircorwave for 2 mins. Added peas & the mince & some thyme & parsley, some ledt over stock fromthe rissotto & wrapped in puff pastry (store bought :-\)

Just eaten one, yummm.
I have to stop now, the pain is returning.

Last batch readyin 15 mins & pie not long after that.

It means tomorrow I can cook for halloween ;D

H :)

I made caramelised onion on the stove today, cos I needed it for JD's tomato soup which I've made also, and which I will be using for DJ's braised beef tomorrow.

I made snappy's lunchbox biscuits http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11612.msg214409#new
They have a lot of superfoods in them and are easy to adapt to suit whatever is in the pantry. A really good recipe :)

Just felt like some salads for lunch today so firstly boiled some eggs and steamed some potatoes for a potato/spring onion salad.  Next was a batch of mayonnaise followed by coleslaw without washing the bowl.   The shaped eggs are courtesy of Cookie who bought me a lovely gift of these 2 egg shaping molds - need to perfect the star one a bit but the heart shaped one was easy.
