Well they certainly are a success suzanne - are they better than fruit mince pies do you think?

Wow big photo sorry  :-[ I usually use photo bucket

Absolutely JD I don't think I will buy any this year didn't take too long to make and it's nice to know what is in them  :)
I had to make a second lot for DD to take to her work Christmas party tonight, very easy and tasty and I took the photo before putting my icing sugar on them so they really do look prettier

I never buy nor make fruit mince pies as no-one would eat them but these do look better.

Wow all that food looks delicious.

MF I make my own fruit mince with no fat in it. It has lots of fruit (whatever you wish), apples and a bottle of alcoholic cider. It lasts for ages and ages. We end up having it over icecream in June or July.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Beautiful photos Suzanne and Zada!! :D

My attempt at profiteroles ended up in the bin :'(
But since I had already made the custard, I made cookie's custard and almond scrolls (except I used pecans ;D) to use it up :)

The bottoms were way too thin Judy :( They just collapsed on themselves and fell apart. I don't know what I did wrong ???
